Return Policy:

For any undamaged product, simply email us at info@grussgottgaming.com concerning the reason for return, then return it  along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: the following products are not eligible for return: a damaged product, or a print-on-demand product (ie: an ornament, magnet, mug), any future digital products.
